What we run, how we run it
Al Jazeera Tours operates the active-driving side of the fleet directly: our own buggies, quads and dirt bikes, our own staging area, our own lead guides on the convoy. The passive-experience side — desert safari camp evenings, hot air balloon flights, the camel ride staging area — runs through partner operators we work with on a per-booking basis. We're transparent about which side of each booking we control: when you ride a buggy, you ride our vehicle with our driver; when you eat at the bedouin camp, you eat at the partner camp's tables. This split keeps quality high on the parts we own and lets specialist operators handle the parts they do best.

- Handle corporate desert events for groups 10-200 with invoice billing

How we book
Bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp at +971 52 440 9525. We do not run an online checkout — every booking is a real conversation with the operations team. The reason is operational: most desert-tour bookings have at least one detail (vehicle pick, slot length, child age) that benefits from a 30-second back-and-forth, which a static online form cannot do. The WhatsApp confirmation we send (driver name, vehicle plate, pickup time window, price) acts as your booking receipt. Most standard buggy and quad bookings run on pay-on-arrival; premium and combo bookings may ask for a small deposit. The booking confirmation tells you up-front which model applies.
What we publish only after verification
- DET / DTCM trade licence number — verified and published in the footer (licence 27023445).
- Google Place ID — verified and embedded in LocalBusiness schema (ChIJVXeY27Od9T4R263OkZ0VsOg).
- Aggregate Google review count or rating — published only after the GBP source is verified.
- Specific insurance terms — we do not advertise blanket coverage wording without the certificate.
- Award listings — we do not list 'as featured in' logos until each appearance has a source URL on file.
Honest pricing
Verified package prices live on each service silo: Dune Buggy (AED 300 / 800 / 999), Quad Biking (AED 200 / 250 / 350 Per Bike), Desert Safari (AED 225 / 375 per person, AED 1,400 per car), Hot Air Balloon (AED 1,049 / 1,149 / 1,399 per person). Dirt biking and camel rides are provisional until operator sign-off. Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah tours are quote-based because route, group size and partner-camp availability vary. We do not run fake crossed-out 'discounts' or fake countdown timers. The rate you see is the rate.
