How group pricing works
Group rates are not a flat percentage off the standard rate — they're a per-vehicle and per-camp-section optimisation. As your group grows, three things change in our favour and we pass the saving back. First, vehicles fill more efficiently — a Land Cruiser carries 6, so a group of 6 fills it instead of 3. Second, convoy logistics simplify — fewer separate dispatches mean less driver time. Third, camp section reservations become viable — at 25+ guests we can dedicate a camp section so you're not in the shared evening with strangers. The saving math is real and visible in the quote, not a marketing percentage.

Can a group of 8 still get a discount?
Yes — Band 1 saving applies. Smaller than Band 2 but still meaningful.
Do school groups get a different rate?
School-specific rates are quoted on /schools-education/ page (currently held in draft pending consent template signoff). Mention school booking at quote and we'll handle accordingly.
Can corporate and group rates be combined?
Corporate rates already include the group discount; you don't stack both.
How early should we book a 25-person group?
2-4 weeks ahead in winter peak; 1-2 weeks in shoulder months.
