How do I book?

Is there a deposit?
Most standard tours (30-min/1-hr buggy, quad, morning safari, evening safari) run pay-on-arrival. Premium bookings (Can-Am, hot air balloon, private safari, combos, groups 12+) may need a small confirmation deposit.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on arrival, card on arrival (subject to terminal availability), bank transfer for groups and corporate. No card surcharge.
Do you offer no-fee cancellation?

Can children join?

Is there an upper age limit?
No fixed upper limit. Active activities (buggy/quad/dirt bike) require sufficient strength and reaction time; passenger activities (safari, balloon) have no age cap. Mention any health conditions at booking.

Pickup and logistics
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes from most Dubai zones at no extra charge (Marina, JBR, Downtown, Business Bay, Barsha, Palm trunk, SZR hotels, Bur Dubai, Deira). Outer zones (Palm tip, Jebel Ali) carry a small transfer surcharge — confirmed at booking.
How long is the transfer to the desert?
35-75 min depending on hotel zone. Marina/Downtown/Barsha 35-45; Palm 45-75; Jebel Ali 55-70.
What if my driver is late?
5-10 min late: normal traffic. 10+ min: WhatsApp us; we check driver location. 20+ min: backup vehicle dispatched.

Do you run year-round?
Yes every day except sandstorm or heavy rain. Summer (May-Sep) shifts to dawn/post-sunset slots only.
What if it rains?
Rare in Dubai. We reschedule the dune-bashing portion if visibility is poor. Camp evening can run in light rain.
Is the desert safe in summer?
Dawn and post-sunset slots are safe and pleasant. Mid-day in summer (11:00-16:00 May-Sep) is genuinely too hot for active activities; we don't run mid-day in those months.

What about refunds?

Can I reschedule?
