What counts as 'bad weather' for a balloon?
Wind above safe threshold, heavy fog reducing visibility, dust storm, rain. Operator monitors forecast the night before and the morning of.
Why aren't more details in the cancellation policy?

Can I cancel after the booking is confirmed?

Is there a minimum age?
Yes — operator-dependent, typically 5 years. Adult must accompany under-16 guests.
Is there a maximum age?
No fixed maximum. Anyone with significant heart, mobility or balance issues should consult their doctor before booking — the basket landing can be a hard touchdown.
Is there a weight limit?
Operator confirms per-guest at booking, typically up to 120 kg. Heavier guests can fly via private charter where the basket is configured for the group.
Can pregnant guests fly?
No — operator policy. Refunded if pregnancy is disclosed at booking; not refunded if discovered at launch.
Can I fly with a fear of heights?
Some guests with mild fear of heights find balloons easier than helicopters because the motion is gentle. If the fear is severe, recommend a different activity.

Can I take photos?

What's the actual flight time?
