What each tier includes

Standard tier covers the core flight experience: pre-dawn pickup, sunrise launch, ~1 hour airborne, refreshment toast on landing, certificate, return transfer. Deluxe adds a sit-down breakfast at a partner restaurant after landing. Premium adds the breakfast plus a desert safari add-on (typically a short dune-bashing run on the way back). Weather policy

• If the flight is cancelled by the operator for weather, full reschedule or refund per operator T&Cs.
• Sandstorm, fog or low-visibility days are rescheduled, not refunded by default — operator gives priority slot the next morning.
• Guest no-show on the day refund handled per operator policy.
• Guest cancellation per /cancellation-policy/ — balloon-specific lead times are tighter because operator slot booking is locked the night before.
