Roles we typically hire for
Our team is small. Hiring is opportunistic — we don't run rolling job-board postings because the roles fill case-by-case. The recurring roles below describe the kind of work we do; specific openings depend on operational growth and seasonal demand.
Lead guide / off-road driver
- Run buggy and quad convoys on the Lahbab red dunes
- Deliver the 15-20 minute briefing to first-time guests
- Pick the safe convoy line and signal speed adjustments
- Recover stuck vehicles with a tow strap
- Working English required; additional Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian or Mandarin a plus
- Off-road driving experience required; specific vehicle training given on the job
- UAE residency / work permit handled by the team for the right candidate
Pickup driver
- Collect guests from Dubai hotels in a 7-seater Land Cruiser or similar 4x4
- Drive to the staging area (35-90 min depending on hotel zone)
- Verify vehicle plate match with the guest at the lobby
- Return drop-off at the same hotel after the booking
- UAE driving licence required
- Working English required; multilingual a plus
- Familiarity with Dubai hotel zones essential
Operations / booking team
- Handle WhatsApp inquiries from guests + send confirmations
- Coordinate convoy schedule with lead guides + pickup drivers
- Manage customer relationships post-booking + reviews routing
- Invoice billing for corporate group bookings
- Verify guest medical/age disclosures + dispatch booster seats / child harnesses
- Strong written English; comfort with WhatsApp and basic spreadsheets
- Customer service experience preferred
Camp partner staff (not direct hire)
- Camp staff are employed by our partner camps, not by us
- If you want to work at a desert safari camp, we can refer you to the partner — but the hire is theirs
