How to cancel or reschedule
Send a WhatsApp message to +971 52 440 9525 (or email [email protected]) under your original booking thread. Cancellation and reschedule windows are counted from the scheduled pickup time or activity start time, whichever is earlier. If your booking confirmation lists specific cancellation rules, those rules override the general schedule below.
Standard cancellation schedule (non-group bookings)

24-72 hour window
The visible policy does not state a specific fee for the 24-72 hour window. Message us on WhatsApp before cancelling in this window and we will confirm the applicable fee for your booking — this is honest, not a marketing trick. Voucher and supplier-side fees may also apply per the booking voucher.
Group bookings (4+ guests in a single booking)
- 7+ days before scheduled pickup: 50% cancellation fee.
- 5 days or less before scheduled pickup: 100% cancellation fee applies.
- The 6-day window: contact us on WhatsApp for the applicable fee.
- Group rules override the standard non-group schedule when 4 or more guests share one booking.
Hot air balloon flights
- 48+ hours before scheduled flight time: complete refund or reschedule at no charge.
- Less than 48 hours before flight time, missed slot, or no-show: 100% payment forfeited.
- If the operator cancels the flight due to weather or safety conditions: complete refund or reschedule.
- All passport / Emirates ID details and balloon flight bookings must be completed by 3:00 PM the day before the flight.
Private tours (custom-itinerary, private 4x4, private camp)
- Reschedule requests should be made as early as possible and are subject to availability.
- If the private booking is for 4 or more guests, group cancellation rules apply unless your voucher states otherwise.
- Private tour deposits may follow voucher-specific cancellation terms — confirmed at booking.
Late arrival, no-show, weather
- Late arrival: be ready 10-15 minutes before the scheduled pickup. Late arrival may reduce dune buggy / quad ride time without refund — safety briefings and vehicle slots run on schedule.
- No-show: if you are not present or reachable at pickup or activity start time, the booking is treated as a 100% cancellation fee.
- Weather / force majeure: if we cancel for unsafe weather, government restrictions, road access, aviation rules, or emergencies — we offer reschedule or refund depending on the service and provider rules.
- Sandstorm or low-visibility days are typically rescheduled, not refunded by default.
Refund processing
- Approved refunds are issued only via the original mode of payment.
- Bank or card-provider timing may vary — we cannot guarantee a specific refund date once the payment is released by us.
- Service charges, taxes and transaction fees are not refunded.
- Once a tour or service has commenced, refunds are not issued for any portion of the package, accommodation, meal, or service already utilised.
- Event tickets, attraction coupons, accommodation vouchers, gift cards and merchandise vouchers are not refunded in all circumstances per voucher terms.
If your booking confirmation says something different
Some bookings (corporate events, partner-camp arrangements, custom group itineraries) carry stricter cancellation terms written into the booking confirmation. The confirmation rules override the general schedule on this page. We will not retroactively change a confirmation's terms — the rules you signed off on at booking apply.
