What hours can I message?

Do you reply on Friday and public holidays?
Yes — we run booking operations every day of the year. Holidays may have a slightly slower reply but tours still run.
Is there an emergency number for guests already on a tour?
Each booking confirmation includes the lead guide's number. The phone +971 50 496 8087 is the office backup.
Can I email my booking instead of WhatsApp?
Yes — but the WhatsApp confirmation is what acts as your receipt; if you book by email we still send the confirmation by WhatsApp once the details are agreed.
