Data we collect
Booking details (name, hotel, phone number, email if provided, date, group size, ages of children), WhatsApp messages exchanged with our booking team, photos taken by our photographer add-on with explicit guest consent, and basic anonymised website analytics (only after you accept the consent banner). We do not collect financial data on this site — payment happens at the staging area or via direct bank transfer, not through this website.
Why we use it
Booking data: to run your booking, confirm pickup logistics, send the driver name and vehicle plate, and reschedule if needed. WhatsApp messages: as the official record of the booking and any agreed changes. Photos with consent: for our gallery and marketing material, never sold to third parties. Anonymised analytics: to understand which pages help guests and which need improvement. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data with anyone.
Where data is stored
WhatsApp messages live on Meta's WhatsApp Business platform, governed by their privacy policy. Booking spreadsheets and operational notes are stored on UAE-hosted business cloud services. Website analytics, when enabled, run on standard providers with anonymised collection. Personal data is retained for the period needed to deliver the booking, fulfil legal/tax obligations (typically 5 years for UAE invoicing), and respond to your post-trip queries.
Sharing data with third parties
We share booking details with the lead guide and pickup driver assigned to your tour — they need your hotel, name and group size to do their job. We share invoice details with our accounting providers as required for tax filing. We do not share your data with marketing agencies, ad networks, or other tour operators.
Your rights (UAE PDPL and GDPR aligned)
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request correction of incorrect data, or request deletion of your data after the legal retention period. Email [email protected] with the request and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookie consent
Our website sets a strictly-necessary cookie for the consent banner itself. Analytics cookies only load if you accept on the consent banner. Third-party advertising cookies are not loaded on this site at launch. See the cookie policy page for the full list.
