FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a driving licence to drive a buggy?
A driving licence is helpful and may be requested at the briefing. Without one you can ride with a guide instead.
What's the minimum age?
Adults can self-drive the 2-seater. Children ride in the 4-seater family buggy with a child harness — minimum age verified at booking.
What should I wear?
Closed shoes, light long sleeves, sunglasses. We provide the helmet and goggles.
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes from most Dubai zones. Outer zones may add a small transfer fee.
What's your cancellation policy?
See /cancellation-policy/. We do not advertise blanket no-charge cancellation across all services — terms vary by service and lead time.
Is the buggy insured?
Coverage details are confirmed at the briefing. We do not publish blanket insurance claims until the activity provider's certificate is verified.
Do you ride year-round?
Yes. Summer rides shift to early morning or post-sunset for heat.
Can I bring a camera?
Yes — chest mount or helmet mount works best. Loose phones tend to fly out.
