What kids' quad biking actually looks like

This is the parent-perspective version of our kids quad page. The supervised zone is a separate flat area away from the open-dune adult convoy. Children get a child-sized ATV with a 50-110cc engine depending on age, a child-fit helmet (we have a sizing range), and a speed cap that is set on the vehicle — they cannot push past it even if they try. A handler stands trackside on every loop. Parents can stand inside the zone fence to film and supervise. The slow loop runs 15-20 minutes on a typical session.

Age table — what fits which child

• Age 5-6 — small 50cc ATV, very low speed cap, parent walks alongside
• Age 7-9 — 70-90cc ATV, low speed cap, parent trackside
• Age 10-12 — 90-110cc ATV, moderate speed cap, parent trackside
• Age 13-15 — adult-sized single-seater on a controlled loop, lead-guide supervised
• Age 16+ — adult fleet on the open-dune convoy with the standard adult briefing

Safety setup for kids

• Closed flat zone away from open-dune convoy
• Child-fit helmet (we have small / extra-small sizes)
• Speed cap set on the vehicle (cannot be over-ridden by the rider)
• Throttle limiter on smaller vehicles for first-time riders
• Handler trackside every loop
• Parent can stand inside the zone fence
• First-aid kit at the staging area
• No dune-bashing for under-13
• Mandatory closed-toe shoes; sandals refused

What we don't do for kids

Open-dune convoy under 13. Speed-uncapped vehicles for kids. Two children on one ATV. Pillion (passenger seat) on the kids' machines — the child rides themselves on the supervised loop. Forced-pace sessions — pace is set by the child's comfort, not the booked time slot. We cancel the kids' session and refund the line if a child is uncomfortable on the seat or the helmet — no pressure, no upsell.
