What sets corporate apart from regular group bookings

Corporate events have different requirements: invoice billing with VAT for finance reconciliation, a single coordinator point-of-contact, written cancellation policy in the quote, branded merchandise drops at the camp, and (often) a photographer with brand-asset deliverables. We handle all of this. The desert experience is the activity; you bring the team-building objective, the brand assets and the head count. We handle the convoy logistics, camp arrangement, F&B, and on-day coordination.

What we don't handle (be honest)

We don't run pure team-building consultancy or facilitator-led workshops. The desert is the activity; you bring the objective. We don't handle multi-day corporate retreats with hotel logistics — we run the desert evening and connect with your existing event planner. We don't run kickback or referral arrangements with travel desks; the price you see is the company-direct rate, and we'd rather lose a booking than route through a kickback model.

How early should we book?

10-50 guests: 2-4 weeks ahead. 50-100: 4 weeks. 100-200: 4-6 weeks. Full camp takeovers in winter peak: 6-8 weeks.

Can we do a half-day instead of evening?

Yes — morning safari + buggy/quad bookings work for half-day formats. The camp dinner is the long format; half-day skips the camp.

Do you provide team-building facilitators?

Not in-house. We can recommend independent facilitators if you ask — happy to make introductions.

Can we have a custom branded backdrop / step-and-repeat?

Yes — supply the artwork; we handle the print + setup at the camp.

Past corporate clients you can cite?

References available on request through WhatsApp — we don't publish them on the site for confidentiality.

Is alcohol included for corporate events?

Beer and wine usually available at the partner camp's bar at extra charge. For full bar service or premium spirits, mention at quote — possible on private camp takeover.
